GUWAHATI: To deliver effective suggestions from the educated and intellectual community to the new government of the state the literary and socio-cultural research magazine Swarnalipi, in association with Asia Foundation, will organize a national webinar on "Public policy, administration & CM's dream Assam" at on June 6.

Further, the special highlights of the webinar will be the priorities, policies and implementation procedures of the government for the realistic and concrete development of the state in various fields.

The bi-lingual webinar is open to all individual, scholars, researchers and they can participate by filling out the form in the registration link: https://forms.gle/g1CiJJ6NeNJFvNeP7 for Google meet and Whats-App link: https://chat.whatsapp.com/EPo5sekCuhnLPyMvtfPjyp, respectively.

Interested participants should also send their suggestions briefly in advance in the registration form itself to enable presentation in the webinar.

Notably, Professor Dr Jyoti Prasad Saikia, eminent educationist, litterateur and the first Vice-Chancellor of the newly established Birangana Sati Sadhani Rajyik Vishwavidyalaya, Golaghat will inaugurate the webinar.

Eminent educationists Dr Jayanta Krishna Sarma, Professor of Political Science, Gauhati University, Jayanta Madhab Bora, Sahitya Akademi award-winning writer, Dr Neeva Rani Phukan, Associate Professor of Assamese, Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University, Dr Ankuran Dutta, Head, Department of Communication & Journalism, Gauhati University and Dr Abhijit Bhuyan, Assistant Professor of Political Science, Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University will deliver talks and also outline various relevant aspects of the subject.

Other participants can also submit their suggestions in the webinar.

After successful completion of the webinar, the suggestions and outcome will be submitted to the government for necessary concern and further action.

The last date for joining the webinar is June 5th. The webinar will be moderated by Hridayananda Gogoi, Editor of Swarnalipi while renowned intellectual Sahityacharya Professor Dr Parag Kumar Bhattacharyya will chair.

The subject of the forum "Public policy, administration & CM's dream Assam" will also be extensively discussed all over the state in offline mode in September next, stated Dhoritry Goswami Deka, publicity secretary.
