Woman Rescued from Hatinagar in Narengi, Guwahati

GUWAHATI: A mother of one was kidnapped a while back from Lahorighat in Morigaon. She slyly called her father on Saturday, informing him of her predicament. Tracing the tower location of the cell phone, Morigaon police with the aid of Noonmati police recovered the woman from Hatinagar in Narengi on Monday. The police suspect that there were three abductors involved, who managed to flee before the police arrived at the location.
