Worker attacked by elephant in Assam

 GUWAHATI: The Assam Forest Employee Union demanded compensation for a casual worker who died due to an elephant attack. According to reports, he is identified as Ghanakanta Das. The union has expressed sympathy regarding the matter, and has asked the Assam government to give compensation and a job to his son in view of his educational qualifications.
