108-Mrituyonjay under ESMA

GUWAHATI, Feb 10:  The Home & Political Department by notification has declared 108-Mrituyonjay Ambulance as essential service under the Essential Services Maintence (Assam) Act (ESMA),1980. Under the provision on Section 3 of the Act which prohibiting any strike by any person involved in running 108-Mrituyonjay Ambulance Service. The order shall be valid for a period of six months with effect from February 6, 2016, a press release said.
