3 with save girl child mission reach Assam

GUWAHATI, April 8:  To preach the celebration of the birth of a girl child three Delhi-based cyclists – vin, Aakash and Siraj – paddled to the Northeast and reached Guwahati today. ming the rally as ‘cultural integration tour of North East India’ the three cyclists toured some of the districts of Assam. “Earlier, our plan was to tour several states of the Northeast, but due to constriction of time we only maged to tour Assam. We reached Guwahati from gaon today. We visited the Bordowa Xatra in gaon. We want to know more about 15th century saint Srimanta Sankardeva,” vin said. The three cyclists earlier had paddled from Kashmir to Kanyakumari traversing a distance of around 4000 km in 40 days. They took out the rally under the same banner ‘Save girl child, educate girl child’
