7 trucks seized

GUWAHATI, June 11: The District Transport Office of Kamrup (M) seized seven trucks for carrying goods more than its capacity and using multi horn at Sopur and Jorabat area on NH 37 during a drive against the illegal carrying of goods and using horn on the highways and other PWD roads. The drive has been started by Kamrup (M) district transport department from June 9. During the drive, the inspection team found 20 trucks violating the transportation rule.
