GUWAHATI, Oct 30: At the call of the AASU, people all over the State lighted flames on memory of October 30, 2008 serial victims on Monday. People also rent the air with the slogan ‘santrasbad nipat jauk’ (put an end to insurgency) after lighting lamps.
