'Adulterated' fertilizers seized

Guwahati, May 14: Personnel of the Agriculture department and Noonmati police last night seized 200 bags of fertilizers which are suspected to be adulterated. The bags were seized from the godown of one Gopal Saha located at Sunsali Ghat. Four workers, who were loading the fertilizers in a truck, were also detained by police for questioning. Officers of the Agriculture department have taken samples of the seized fertilizer for examition.
