After results, students have dates with destiny!

GUWAHATI, June 3: With the SEBA and the AHSEC declaring HSLC, AHM and HS results, now the successful candidates have their dates with destiny.

As it is time for admission, pass percentage, cut-off marks and the like are buzzwords since most of the colleges in the city have announced their last dates of receiving application forms for admission and dates of admission. Vying for a seat in a reputed college in the city is indeed a tougher job than getting a suitable job after having completed education.

Cotton University has fixed June 11 and 13 as the dates of admission for HS Science. It has fixed June 18 for admission into HS Arts. The candidates have to submit their application forms through online where the admission forms will be made available from June 5.

The date of admission for HS Science and Arts in Handique Girls’ College is June 20. It has fixed June 21 for admission in TDC Science and June 22 and 23 for TDC Arts. The application forms will be made available from June 5 and the last date for submission of forms is June 15. General candidates with pass percentage of 45 or above and candidates in reserved categories with 40 per cent or above marks can apply for admission in the college.

In B Barooah College the date of admission for HS Science is June 13 and June 19 and 20 for Arts. The admission for B.Sc is on June 14 and 15 and B.A.is on June 16 and 17. Admission into BBA and B.Sc. (IT) is on June 20. Forms will be available from June 5.

In KC Das Commerce College admission in HS Commerce will be on June 15 and that of B.Com on June 17 and BCA and BBA on June 23. The forms will be issued from June 4 and the last date of submission of admission forms is June 13.

Gauhati Commerce College is going to admit into HS Commerce on June 17, B.Com on June 21 and BBA on June 23. Forms are available since June 2 and last date for submission of admission forms is June 10.

In RG Baruah College the date of admission into HS Arts is June 20 and that of Commerce is June 22. The date of admission for B.A. is June 16 and that of B.Com is June 19. Forms will be made available from June 5 and the last date for submission of forms is June 10.

Pandu College has fixed June 15 as the date for admission into HS Science and June 17 for HS Arts and Commerce. June 16 is the date for admission into B.Sc and June 19 is for B.A. Forms are available in the college. The last date for submission of forms is June 13.
