AIUDF expels Matiur Rahman

GUWAHATI, May 30: The AIUDF has expelled its general secretary Motiur Rahman, who is also the president of the youth wing of the party, for six years for anti-party activities. According to AIUDF general secretary (organization) Aminul Islam, the extreme was taken against Rahman following his confirmed anti-party activities. He said that the step was taken following a directive from party president Badruddin Ajmal.
