Ajmal visits flood-hit areas

GUWAHATI, Sept 5: All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) president Badaruddin Ajmal visited the flood-affected areas of Morigaon district like Dhumkura, Tulasiguri, Balidonga, Bhuragaon, Boralimari and distributed relief materials among the affected people. AIUDF source said in a statement today: "Ajmal was assisted by AIUDF district president Faruk Ahmed. Ajmal said that the government should take initiative to help the flood-affected people of the state instead of getting busy with political issues. He also demanded declarattion of flood in the State as a tiol problem."
