GUWAHATI, Feb 19: Renowned jourlist Ajit Kr Bhuyan has been selected for ‘Akoish Award’. The award, instituted by city-based socio-cultural organization Byatikram MASDO, will be presented to Bhuyan in a function to be held at Pragjyoti ITA, Mackhowa of the city on February 21. Jourlist Bhuyan, a former editor of Asomiya Pratidin and Sadin, is currently serving as editor-in-chief of satellite channel Prag News.
