All-women branch launched in Guwahati

Guwahati, Sept 20: Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, one of India’s leading general insurance companies, has recently launched an All-Women Branch in Guwahati, a press release said. This unique office is located in Ulubari.  As the me suggests, the unique branch will have only women employees and recruit only women agents to primarily sell persol lines of insurance.

The initiative extends all possible support to women such as, pick up and drop, work from home, support for availing crèche facility and flexible timings, etc. The initiative will also provide constant support in terms of focused technical and soft skills trainings coupled with assistance while making a sale which will eble them to achieve their fincial goals. Amika Roy Rashtrawar, Senior President, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, who heads the initiative, says, “This strategic initiative provides a platform to women who would want to be leading entrepreneurs in the field of selling general insurance.” This was stated in a press release.
