Andrology & Genetics department of Matrix diagnostic iugurated

GUWAHATI, Sept 15: The Matrix Diagnostic Centre started its andrology and genetics department in collaboration with Advanced Genomics Institute and Laboratory Medicine Private Limited (Labassure) recently with the iuguration ceremony at Hotel Taj Vivanta.  Detailed scientific presentations were delivered by Dr. Kabita Lahkar and Sukrut Jovanputra representing Labassure. Both speakers spoke about the increasing problem of male infertility and importance of semen alyzing including specialized test for sperm for D integrity, laboratory tests on sperm and semen.  The initiation by Matrix is likely to boost medical tourism with neighbouring countries, stated the release.
