GUWAHATI, June 15: The Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) remembered Martyr Kushal Konwar on his 74th Martyr Day at Rajiv Bhawan in the city today. Former Chief Minister Tarun opened the function by paying tribute on the portrait of the martyr. Gogoi spoke on the activities of Mahatma Gandhi during the Struggle for Independence of India. APCC leaders and office-bearers were present at the memorial meeting. In the evening, flames were lighted in memory of the martyr.
