APJA forms new committee

GUWAHATI, June 20: The new executive committee of the Assam  Photo Jourlists' Association (APJA) has been formed at a meeting at Guwahati Press Club yesterday.  The 13-member committee has Anupam th as president; Rebo Kumar Bora as general secretary; Dhaniram Kalita as vice president; Biju Boro and Mash Poran as joint secretaries; Anu Boro as treasurer; Divyajyoti Das Rabha, Pitambhar Newar, Gumoni Sarma, Rajibjyoti Sarma, Bitopon Borbora and Lal Singh as executive members; Rajib Bhattacherjee, Chinmoy Roy, Utpal Baruah and Rituraj Konwar as advisers. The meeting decided to take photo jourlists completing five years in service as members of the association. The meeting was presided over by outgoing president Rajib Bhattacharjee.
