GUWAHATI, May 13: Assam Public Works (APW) has pleaded with Chief Minister Sarbanda Sonowal to take action against State Chief Secretary VK Pipersenia in the aftermath of the Union Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pension asking the State Government for taking such an action. APW president Abhijit Sarma today told the media: “It’s a matter to ashamed of that a complaint against the alleged misuse of power by the Chief Secretary has been made known to the State through the PMO.”
