The designer further said: "I'm of the singular belief that clothing and attire is not just a piece of cloth but a key and integral part of every human being and their identity. My belief is that one's clothing tells a story, not just the kind of person you're but also the mood you're in."

Sanjukta's stylish, fashioble and exquisite range of completely customized Assamese 'Mekhela chador' has not just made her a range in eastern India, but is also capturing the imagition of discerning women in other parts of the country and the world. She is set to showcase her hand-woven Assamese silk collection, representing the true tural beauty, tranquility, commul harmony and rich culture of the Northeast at the Summer/Resort 2017 edition of Lake Fashion Week.
