GUWAHATI, Oct 4: Shivangi Roy, a class XII student of St. Mary’s School in the city, has been adjudged the first runners-up in the Miss India Queen of Queens, 2017 contest held in Mumbai recently.

Hailing from Fatasil Ambari in the city, Shivangi is set to represent India at Lesotho Africa to be held sometime in the future.

Sharing her experience with the media, Shivangi said: “It’s a nice experience for me. I’ve came to learn new things from the mentors. There were grooming classes that benefitted me a lot. I’m going do my best to make my state and the tion proud.”
