Assam tourism needs more Facilities, says Saikia

GUWAHATI, March 18: “Assam tourism has more scopes to flourish. But for that, more facilities to woo tourists are needed,” said Dr. Hemoprava Saikia, chairperson of Assam Tourism Development Corporation (ATDC) Limited today at the iuguration programme of a new part of  Repose Foods Limited at Cygnett Hotels Private Limited in Guwahati. Saikia also said: “The number of tourists is increasing day by day to the state, and at the same time more facilities of healthy lodging and food are needed to provide them. A proper professiol networking of hotel facilities is also needed to fulfil the demands of the tourists. Therefore, we have to focus on the professiol way to increase the number of tourists and spread the tourism sector in the country and the world.”
