Assam youth bound for young diplomats' meet in Latvia

GUWAHATI, Sept 1: Abhignyan Bora, studying under the University of Delhi, has been selected to participate in the ‘Young Diplomats Forum’ slated to be held from September 4-8, 2017 in Riga, Republic of Latvia. It has been organised by Global Diplomatic Forum (GDF), London.

Abhignyan will participate in the debate on the topic of the Global Diplomatic Agenda, Meet and Interact with Diplomats, Ambassadors, Ministers, Members of the Parliament, government’s officials, jourlists, academics and diplomacy experts, attend sessions at Parliament, Chamber of Commerce, EU Commission and European Parliament Representation office etc. He also will participate in workshops on Smart Diplomacy.

ABHIGNYAN is the younger son of Dr. Alpa Mahanta, and Dr. Bhabajyoti Bora (WHO-Dibrugarh) of Ulubari, Guwahati.
