ATASU greets Zeliang for global award

GUWAHATI, May 3: The Kamrup district committee of the All Tai Ahom Students’ Union (ATASU) congratulated galand Chief Minister TR Zeliang for receiving a lifetime award in transformation at the 6th Global Leadership Award, 2016 in Indonesia. ATASU general secretary Chao Basant Gogoi said that galand, known as the land of festivals, has become one of the fastest-growing States in Northeast India by receiving the prestigious global award. ATASU president Chao Benudhar Gogoi said that Zeliang represented not only galand, but also the entire Northeast in the global are while receiving the award.
