ATDC to celebrate World Tourism Day

GUWAHATI, Sept 26:  Assam Tourism Development Corporation (ATDC) is going to celebrate the World Tourism Day on September 27 at a function at Dighalipukhuri in the city. Keeping with this year’s theme for the World Tourism Day, ATDC is going to launch several sustaible tourism products, including a cycle tourism project in World’s largest River Island Majuli and in Chandubi area of Kamrup district, which aims at promoting carbon-free rides that are beneficial for local communities.
