Bodo schools to be merged with Bodo or mixed medium schools

GUWAHATI, July 22: The Department of Secondary Education, Assam in an office memorandum issued recently has spelt out the way of merger of Bodo medium and mixed medium schools.
The new office memorandum says that Bodo medium schools shall the amalgamated or merged with Bodo medium schools or mixed medium schools where Bodo is one of the medium of instructions. The office memorandum further said that mixed medium schools can also be amalgamated or merged with mixed medium schools under the ongoing scheme for amalgamation and merger of schools.
