BSF workshop for students

GUWAHATI, March 31: The BSF has initiated a series of events to establish a strong rapport with border population and to enhance awareness about Border Security Force in bordering area. Towards this perception magement, a workshop titled “KNOW YOUR SEEMA PRAHARI” is being organized by field formations during the month of March 2017 under aegis of BSF Guwahati Frontier quarters. 

On March 31, 2017, Sector HQ Dhubri BSF organized a workshop titled “KNOW YOUR SEEMA PRAHARI” at PC Institution Higher Secondary School, Gouripur by means of power point presentation, documentary films and interaction session with students and teachers of school. An overwhelming response was received from every comer during workshop which quenched plethora of queries raised by students, a press release said.

The workshop has been envisaged for students to make them aware about genesis, charter of duties, sacrifices and achievements made by BSF during the accomplishments of objective of force. Moreover, this workshop also orient towards imparting career counseling among budding students. The teachers and people appreciated this novel idea of establishing inter persol relation with students and education on prospective careers of student.
