Cigarette worth Rs 20 lakh seized

GUWAHATI, Sept 28: A joint operation by the Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Customs on Wednesday morning led to the seizure of illegal cigarette worth Rs. 20 lakh from Guwahati railway station. The seizure was made from the parcel car of Delhi-bound Rajdhani Express. The illegal cigarette was booked by an unknown person at the New Tinsukia railway station and the parcels were to be delivered at New Delhi, sources said.
