Guwahati, Sept 21: Guwahati’s most popular upscale Bengali cuisine restaurant 6 Ballygunge Place located at Lachit gar area of the city brings to you a specially prepared festive menu Pujar Special Buffet from Shashti to Dashami on the occasion of Durga Puja.
The exclusive Bengali delicacies curate by celebrity chef and co-owner Sushanta Sengupta is rich bend of kachories, varieties of rice, blend of dishes made from different seasol vegetables, variety of sigture non-veg dishes and mouthwatering sweet dishes to complete the gastronomical voyage the season demands for.
Speaking about the Puja special buffet, Chef Sengupta said, “Durga Puja for the Eastern region of India is one of the biggest festivals. Hence eating out and meeting friends and families over a meal is customary. A lot of thought has gone behind planning the menu, to make all Puja meals a memory to cherish.” The menu in the buffet changes every day from Shashti to Dashami and is priced for Rs 915 all-inclusive per person.

Other than the Puja special buffet, the restaurant also serves a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options mentioned in their regular menu.
The Bengali restaurant chain, origilly located at Ballygunge in South Kolkata, was established in 2003.
The lip smacking dishes are— Mutton dak bunglow, panchomukhi dal, karsaishuti aloo dum, chingri malai curry, fish chop, tomato murgi roast, kasha mangsho, kastoori mutton, khejoor tomato chutney, hinger kachori, chitol macher muitha and a long list in the buffet along with various sweet dish.
