CM asks ADGP to probe murder of priest

GUWAHATI, Sept 10: Strongly condemning the brutal murder of Nikhil Debth, who was a priest of a Shani Mandir located near Kokrajhar Railway Station, Chief Minister Sarbanda Sonowal directed ADGP, Law & Order, Mukesh Agarwala to immediately rush to Kokrajhar to inquire into the case. The Chief Minister also directed the local police to expeditiously b the culprit behind the murder. Stating this in a release, Sonowal mentioned that Government of Assam has been taking strong action against all forces which are trying to disrupt peace and create law-order situation in the state.
