Compensation to kin of landslide victims

GUWAHATI, Sept 8: The Kamrup (M) district administration and District Disaster Magement authority today offered compensations to the families of six flood and landslide victims of the city. Kamrup (M) DC M Angamuthu has given a compensation of Rs four lakh to each of the six victims’ family. The victims, whose families have got compensations, are Kiran Sharma, Vishal Sharma, Nurjahan Begum, Manik Ch Rabha, Malati Das and Monoj Thakuria.
