CRPF officials meet CM

GUWAHATI, Aug 3: CRPF IG Prakash D accompanied by DIG JPK Ray called on Chief Minister Sarbanda Sonowal at Dispur on Wednesday. Prakash D conveyed greetings from CRPF which is largest Central Armed Police Force of the country. Sonowal also appreciated the contribution of CRPF in maintaining peace and law & order in the state. Prakash D also requested CM to grant 50 acres of land for the establishment of an RAF Bn in Guwahati. Sonowal promised to look into the matter positively. This was stated in a press statement.
