GUWAHATI, Nov 12: The Axam Xahitya Xabha (AXX) and the Convening Committee, Indigenous Tribal Sahitya Sabha; Assam (ITSSA) have condoled the demise of former Nikhil Rabha Sahitya Sabha (NRSS) president Jagat Kamar. Kamar passed away on November 10 at Barshikara in Dhubri district.
