Demand for protection of State zoo

GUWAHATI, Aug 7:  The Chiriyakha Suraksha Mancha on Monday took to the streets in front of Assam State Zoo demanding protection of the State Zoo.  The mancha submitted a memorandum to Assam Forest Minister Pramila Rani Brahma highlighting the pathetic condition of the state zoo and the steps which the government needs to take for its protection.
