Devabala Bhuyan no more

 GUWAHATI, February 6: Devabala Bhuyan, widow of former Assam Chief Secretary Late Bhavani Kumar Bhuyan, passed away at 3:30 am on February 5 in her Lamb Road residence in Guwahati. Actively involved in social work, she was a leading member of ICCW and Ladies and Children Recreation Centre. She leaves behind two daughters, a son, three grand children and a host of other relatives.
