Dhemaji Utsav from January 7

GUWAHATI, Sept 21: The third Dhemaji Utsav is going to be held from January 7 to 10, 2016 at Jiadholmukh from where the River Jiadhal of Dhemaji district origites. The district administration wants to promote the place as a tourist spot.
