DIPR scam: SC grants bail for two

GUWAHATI, Nov 15: Two accused of the multi-crore-rupee ‘Vision Assam, Mission Assam’ scam in DIPR – Brahmaputra Television Network proprietors Rajib Bora and Anja Bora – were granted bail by the Supreme Court of India on Wednesday. They were summoned by the Chief Minister’s Special Vigilance Cell. While two other accused in the scam have been absconding, the other accused, DIPR Ranjit Gogoi, is in judicial custody.
