GUWAHATI, March 12: The Assam Government extended Rs 1 lakh for the treatment of ailing singer Dipali Barthakur on Monday. Chief Minister’s Media Adviser Hrishikesh Goswami handed over a cheque of Rs 1 lakh to the singer’s husband and renowned artist Nilpawan Baruah. Dispur prayed for early recovery of the singer.
