Dispur shuffles police officers

GUWAHATI, Dec 13: The Assam Government has gone for a minor shake-up in its police force with immediate effect. While APS Subash Baruah has been posted as ASP (security) to the Chief Minister against the existing vacancy, Karimganj headquarters ASP vin Singh has been transferred and posted as ASP (security) against an existing vacancy. East Kamrup headquarters ASP Lee Doley has been transferred and posted as Karimganj headquarters ASP. South Kamrup headquarters ASP Sadique Ali has been transferred and posted as Guwahati Additiol Deputy Commissioner of Police (border) against an existing vacancy.
