GUWAHATI, Feb 28: East Guwahati DCP Mohneesh Mishra has been transferred and posted as Hailakabdi SP in place of Prabjyoti Goswami who has been transferred and posted as V&AC SP, Guwahati. Goswami replaced Bibekanda Das now on deputation. In another order, BI(EO) SP Ramandeep Kaur has been posted as East Guwahati DCP.
