Patowary to address ‘Assam State Semir’

GUWAHATI, Jan 10: Assam Industries and Commerce Minister Chandra Mohan Patowary has said that the State government will hold a global business summit in November, 2017 in Guwahati where leading business houses, industrialists and entrepreneurships will assemble to explore and invest in the State.

Patowary is going to address the business delegates on the ‘Assam State Semir’ to be held on January 12, 2017 during the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit at Gandhigar, Gujarat. The eighth edition of the summit was iugurated today by Prime Minister rendra Modi. Patowary is representing Assam in the ongoing business event being held at Mahatma Mandir Convention Centre, Gandhigar.

Patowary said that he would lay down the current industrial scerio of the State and its prospects and opportunities for industrial growth. He will also lay emphasis on the policy and ease of doing business aspects in Assam. This is to attract investment in Assam by showcasing the key sectors which hold fruitful promises, he said.
