Doley takes stock of implementation of schemes

GUWAHATI, June 2: State Minister of Panchayat and Rural Development (P & RD) ba Kumar Doley visited the Commissionerate of P & R D here today and reviewed the progress of various programmes like MGNREGA, PMAY-G, NSAP etc.

The minister laid stress on successful implementation of every rural development scheme. All the branch officers briefed him of the initiatives taken by the department to expedite implementation of the ongoing schemes across the State.

Referring to the initiative of Amar Gaon Amar Achoni Doley asked all to act as per plan so that the people may gain confidence on the initiatives taken by the present government. He also said that officials should be alert on the release the required funds by Government of India to complete the schemes.
