Drawing contest in run-up to Police Day

GUWAHATI, Sept 10: In sync with the Assam Police Day slated for October 1, a State-level drawing completion was conducted among school children at Ulubari in Guwahati on Sunday. The competition was organized by the Assam Police, in association with Asom Charu-Karu Kola Parishad. The competition was held in three categories – class –II to class IV, class V to class VII and class VIII to class X.

DGP Mukesh Sahay had an interaction with the guardians of the students. He laid stress on cordial relations between police and the civilians.
