Driver kills son, injures wife

DIMORIA, August 28: A cab driver of Uber taxi agency, Dillip Roy, allegedly killed his three-year-old son Ashish Roy with a sharp weapon and injured his wife Moni Roy (27) and left them on the NH-37 at Khetri last night. This morning people found Moni Roy and the body of the child. The police took Moni Roy to the hospital. She let the police know that they were from Hatigaon. She told the police that her husband had to do that for his extra-marital affairs. Dilip Roy is absconding. The car he was driving has been recovered at Bhagaduttapur.
