Dry days on civic polls

GUWAHATI, February 7:  In view of ensuing municipal boards and town committees election 2015 in the state, the Excise Department, Government of Assam, has declared February 8 and February 9 and February 12, 2015 as dry days in the areas falling within where the election is scheduled to be held, a press release said.
