Engineering book released

GUWAHATI, August 18: A book -- Fundamentals of Bridge Design -- written by PWD Engineer Chandan Sarma was released today by former Gauhati University Vice Chancellor Nirmal Choudhury. Former PWD engineer Haren Dutta was the guest of honour at the function.

Releasing the book, Prof. Choudhury said: “There are few engineering books in Assam. The experienced engineers of the State should write books so as to benefit the students.”
