GUWAHATI, June 16: The activists of the Bhumi Adhikar Sangram Samiti (BASS) started a 24-hour hunger strike near Dighalipukhuripaar in the city today in support of their demand for ensuring revenue land for the indigenous people of the state at reduced premia.
