FIR against fake Facebook account

Guwahati, April 5: There has been no dearth of fake Facebook accounts. In the latest instance, a fake Facebook account has allegedly been indulging in posting matters against social activist Kamal Kumar Medhi. The matters are alleged to be not only despicable in character but also harmful to the society. On Wednesday, one Durlav th posted a matter which according to Medhi adversely affects his social standing. On Thursday Medhi filed an FIR in the Panbazar police station against the said post while requesting the police to investigate into the matter.
