First post of DU Bodo Department building erected

GUWAHATI, March 8: Dibrugarh University Registrar Prof. MN Dutta and BTC’s Education Secretary Robinson Mushahary erected the first post of the Bodo Department’s building in Dibrugarh University today in the presence BSS president Teron Chandra Boro.   Prof. Dutta sought cooperation from all for timely completion of the project. Mushary said that the BTC administration allocated Rs 3.10 crore during fiscal 2017-18 for the construction of the Bodo Department building in Dibrugarh University. The BSS president expressed his satisfaction at the cooperation being extended by the BTC and DU for the noble work.   The function was attended, among others, by BTC Education Director Rabishankar Borgoyari, former BSS leader Prof. Bhim Kanta Baruah, BSS general secretary Kamala Kanta Mushahary and BSS vice president Bisheswar Basumatary.
