Galpa Utsav on September 25

GUWAHATI, Feb 10: The Axom Xahitya Xanmilan (AXX) is going to organize the Galpa Utsav, 2016, a festival of stories, on September 25. The festival will include discussions and symposia on different forms of stories and competitions on story writing etc., said AXX president Mrilini Devi said in the press conference in Guwahati Press Club.
