Garlic price soars

GUWAHATI, Jan 5: The wholesale price of garlic in Guwahati this month is Rs 120/160 a kg against Rs 60/70 last year. The retail price of the commodity in various markets in the city ranges from Rs 180 to Rs 200 a kg.
