Gogoi raps decision on FDI

GUWAHATI, Nov 11: Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today said that the Centre's decision to open as many as 15 sectors for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) would only benefit multitiol companies and corporate houses.

 Gogoi said in a statement today: "Indian society and economy need more reforms, but such reforms should benefit the common people, especially the poor and backward people. Economic reforms should create employment opportunities in the country."
